What's OEM factory?

An original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is generally perceived as a company that produces parts and equipment that may be marketed by another manufacturer.

J-Start Prototype is OEM factory, to offer several kinds of the prototypes. Our service is mainly including the CNC machining, sheet metal, lathe, SLS&SLA, and vacuum casting.

1. Planning

What kind of product do you have in mind? Prior to contacting us, put together a plan or specific ideas about the desired product concept and lineup as well as why you wanted to develop a new product.

2. Inquiry

Send us your 3D data and 2D drawings, tell us some reference detail, such as the materials, qty and surface finished. Also please if you have any specific requirement in mind, don't hesitate to inform us. We will propose you best price and suggestion.

3. Prototyping

After confirmed the price and payment, we will start the production.  Please consult our service representative if there is anything unclear. We will manufacture your product under rigorous manufacturing and quality control and deliver it on time to meet your target date.

4. Product delivery

Manufactured and inspected with care, each product will be packaged and shipped to your warehouse or elsewhere according to your convenience. We also provide thorough follow-up services after product delivery.

5. Follow-up

Check the satisfaction from client, which is focus on the quality, timing, package and communication.
